About This Product

Just like humans, all animals have an endocannabinoid system (ECS) with receptors designed for the absorption of cannabinoids. The same benefits that we can experience through taking CBD products can be replicated for our pets.

This Bacon flavored CBD tincture is designed specifically with your pet in mind.

Recommended Use

There are many claims about what CBD can and cannot do. We are not here to add to those claims. Instead, here is a list of things that people have experienced when using our CBD products:

  • reduction in inflammation
  • relief from mild pains (joint and muscular)
  • decreased anxiety
  • higher quality sleep
  • improvement on depressive moods
  • increased comfort with adjustment disorders

CBD is expected to have positive long-term effects on bone health, cognitive function, and general synergy between the various systems of the body. Additionally, EVOO has been observed to have positive effects on weight management, clear and healthy skin (and fur), immune system function, and brain function. To learn more about the benefits of CBD and why we use Extra Virgin Olive Oil as our carrier, check-out our CBD and EVOO write-up.

Each bottle contains 500mg of CBD in 30mL of extra virgin olive oil (EVOO). Each dropper contains approximately 1mL of fluid and there are ~30 full droppers per tincture and ~50 drops per mL. This equates to ~1mg of CBD per 3 drops. (ex. 15 drops equals ~5mg of CBD)

If you don’t know how much CBD is needed for your pet to experience desired effect(s) then we recommend starting with 5mg (15 drops). It’s not uncommon for experienced users to regularly take 100mg of CBD at a time. Every pet is different (species, breed, size, etc) and the amount that each pet needs varies.

Start with 5mg and slowly increase dose volume and/or frequency daily until achieving desired effects. Stick with that dose for a week, then begin to lower frequency/volume to determine the least amount of CBD needed to continue achieving the desired effect.

If you have ANY questions, feel free to reach out to us.

Our ingredients are simple: full-spectrum CBD hemp extract, food grade extra virgin olive oil, and natural flavoring (if applicable). All of the ingredients in this product meet the standards for being organicvegan, and gluten free.

I have a 95# rottie. Occasionally she’ll come up lame after running on the hardened ice/ snow or playing too hard. I’ve given her a dropper full on her food 2x a day for 4-5 days and she’s good as new.

I have a yorkie Pom that started having anxiety induced seizures. I didn’t want to put him on medication he could never come off of so I decided to try cbd. He went from having 2-3 seizures in 1-2 weeks to only having 1 maybe 2 every 2-3 months. Cbd has helped my fur child so much he gets it every morning.

All You Need To Know

frequently asked questions

Mostly yes, but only trace amounts. The federal definition of hemp (and it’s derivatives) requires 0.3% or less THC. All of our full-spectrum products meet or exceed the FDA’s standard. Any products that are classified as isolate or broad-spectrum do not contain any THC.

We believe in an approach to cannabinoids known as “the entourage effect,” which identifies a beneficial interaction between different cannabinoids. Read more about it in this article.

First off, take everything you know about cannabis (good and bad) and set it aside. CBD has the potential for having mild and beneficial effects on your mind and body. Like everything, some people are more sensitive than others. With that being said, there don’t seem to be records of people having negative experiences with CBD or overdosing on it. So the best approach is to try about 20-30mg at a time, assess your results, and adjust from there.

We’re slowly building our arsenal of hemp and cannabinoid articles (own research, own writings), so we’d suggest starting here. But we will always encourage people to do their own research and find their own sources they can trust.
